Having issues with ads?

We know ads aren't everyone's favorite (trust us, we play too). They allow us to keep the game free and continue improving it with new puzzles, updates, and features.

That said, ads should never disrupt your experience. If something doesn't seem right, we're here to help.

Below are answers to the most common questions.

Why am I seeing ads so often? 📺

Ads may appear between games, after finishing levels, or when using certain features.

If you prefer uninterrupted play, we offer a one-time Remove Ads purchase that removes most ads permanently.

I removed ads, why am I still seeing them? 💳

If you purchased Remove Ads, regular ads should no longer appear. However, you may still see optional rewarded ads that provide extra help in the game. These can be skipped.

If regular ads are still showing:

• Restart the app
• Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account used for the purchase
• On iOS, tap Restore Purchases

If the issue continues, contact us and include your purchase receipt.

Why are some ads long or difficult to close? ⏳

The close button usually appears after about 5 seconds for regular ads. Rewarded ads may run longer because they provide in-game benefits.

If an ad does not close properly or freezes the game, please contact us so we can investigate.

What if an ad is inappropriate or offensive? 🚫

If you see an ad that seems misleading, inappropriate, or offensive, please contact us through the Help section in the app. Including a screenshot and a short description helps us block the advertiser faster.
